Payment Policy
Full Payment: To confirm your booking, a 100% payment of the total reservation amount is required.
Payment Deadline: Once your "on-request" reservation is confirmed, you have a deadline of three (3) days to complete the full payment. Failure to do so may result in the automatic cancellation of your request.
General Conditions
Information Accuracy: The client/user is solely liable for the authenticity of the information provided to the system, specifically regarding credit card data and contact details.
Authorized Charges: By using this service, the user authorizes Hebton and the chosen establishment to charge their credit card for the total booking amount, as well as any applicable cancellation or modification fees.
Final Confirmation: Before proceeding with payment, ensure your selection is correct. The services provided shall exclusively be those appearing in the confirmation voucher. Subsequent modifications may be impossible.
Platform Role: The booking contract is between the client and the chosen establishment. Hebton acts strictly as a marketing platform/intermediary and is not a provider of hotel services, guides, or receptive agents.
Liability Disclaimer: Hebton publishes information provided directly by service providers (hotels/agencies) and is not liable for inaccuracies, misprints, or the quality of the actual service received. Complaints should be directed to the establishment in question.
Online Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms apply to any user utilizing the online payment services provided by Hebton. By authorizing a payment, you accept these terms in full. Hebton reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Main Terms of Service
Payment Methods: Payments may only be made via valid Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards.
Third-Party Processing: Card information is processed via a secure third-party payment gateway. Hebton does not store or have access to your full sensitive card details.
Transaction Records: Users are recommended to retain a copy of the transaction receipt for record-keeping and dispute resolution.
Risk Acknowledgment: The user understands that data transmitted over the internet may be susceptible to hacking or misuse. Hebton assumes no liability for unauthorized interception or third-party access to information provided by the user.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Hebton, its directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Errors, omissions, or delays in data transmission.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions.
Suspension or termination of the online payment service.
Computer viruses or system failures during the transaction process.
4. Refund Policy
Method of Refund: All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and the specific card used during the initial transaction.
Timeframe: Refund requests are subject to the conditions of the establishment but are generally available for up to 90 days from the transaction date.
Admin Fees: All refunds are subject to administration fees. The final amount received will be the original amount minus these applicable fees.
5. Privacy & Security
Confidentiality: Your information is strictly confidential and shared only with the establishments involved in your booking.
Data Encryption: All payment details entered through the gateway are encrypted to ensure secure communication.
User Responsibility: Hebton is not liable for the user's failure to protect their data during the payment process (e.g., allowing others to see the screen).
6. Governing Law
Any discrepancy arising between the user and Hebton shall be governed by the current legislation of the competent authorities in [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Egypt], and subject to the jurisdiction of its local tribunals.
